Not at all. Many clients provide entry instructions and go about their day. If you prefer to be home, that works too, whatever is most comfortable for you.

Yes. Every contractor is background-checked and trained before working in a client's home, and Order & Grace is fully insured and bonded.

Let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is the whole point, so we would rather fix it than move on.

Yes, we bring our cleaning supplies and tools. We just ask that you have a working vacuum on hand for us to use. If you have specific products you would like us to use instead, just let us know ahead of time.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer that time to another client. Details are confirmed at booking.
