"We," "us," and "Order & Grace" mean Order & Grace, a limited liability company based in Toledo, Ohio.

We also collect details about your home and the service, such as size, rooms, pets, parking, and access instructions (for example a door code, lockbox, or alarm code), along with any notes or special requests you add.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processors. We do not store your full card number. We receive limited details such as the card type, the last four digits, and the status of a payment.

Photos. Our professionals may take before and after photos during a visit to document the work and resolve questions. If you send us photos, we keep those too.

Messages and feedback. We keep emails, texts, call notes, reviews, and feedback you send us, so we can serve you and follow up.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information such as your device, browser, pages visited, and approximate location, using cookies and similar tools. This helps the site work and helps us understand how people find us, including through ads.

• Advertising and analytics providers. Our website may use tools from providers such as Google to measure visits and the performance of our ads.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect someone's safety, or to protect our rights.
• Business changes. If Order & Grace is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

Text messages

By providing your phone number when you book, you agree that we may text you about your service, such as confirmations, arrival updates, and scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we provide services to you and as needed for business, tax, insurance, and legal reasons. Access details such as door and alarm codes are kept only as long as they are useful for your service, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
